You must be at least 21 years of age and a permitted user in your jurisdiction. ibok4d strictly prohibits underage gambling and enforces mandatory KTP identity verification.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. No hidden fees or conversion charges apply.
All promotional offers carry clearly stated wagering requirements. Bonus abuse and multi-accounting are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Platform. ibok4d operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any funds within that Account shall be forfeited.
Underage Gambling Warning: It is an offence for persons under 21 years of age to open an Account or participate in any real-money gambling activity on this Platform. ibok4d actively monitors Account activity and conducts random KYC checks to enforce this requirement.
The Platform is intended for use by persons accessing it from jurisdictions where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ibok4d does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.
Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The registration of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or under any alias — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
You warrant that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any third party. Accounts used to pool bets on behalf of other persons, to operate betting syndicates, or to conduct commercial betting operations without express written consent from ibok4d are prohibited.
To access real-money services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Indonesian mobile phone number, and a chosen username and password.
You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date registration information at all times. You must notify ibok4d promptly of any changes to your personal details by contacting our support team. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ibok4d will never ask for your password via email, Live Chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact us immediately at [email protected].
ibok4d reserves the right to temporarily suspend any Account where we reasonably suspect that Account security has been compromised, pending investigation and identity re-verification. We will not be liable for any losses arising from such temporary suspension if taken in good faith to protect the User's funds.
In order to process withdrawals, increase deposit limits, or access certain promotional offers, ibok4d requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is designed to confirm your identity, age, and country of residence, and to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
KYC documents are typically reviewed within one (1) to three (3) business days. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to five (5) business days. You will be notified via email once your verification is complete or if additional documents are required.

ibok4d does not charge any transaction fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees in accordance with their own terms of service. Please consult your payment provider for details.
Default daily deposit limits apply to all Accounts and vary by membership tier. You may request a temporary or permanent increase to your deposit limit by contacting our support team and completing the applicable KYC verification. Deposit limits may also be set by the User voluntarily as a responsible gaming measure.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ibok4d strictly prohibits deposits made from third-party accounts, including those of family members, friends, or business associates. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the funds returned to the source account minus any applicable third-party processing fees.
If a deposit does not reflect in your Account within thirty (30) minutes of the transfer being completed on your banking application, please contact our 24/7 support team via Live Chat and provide your transaction reference number. ibok4d will investigate and resolve the matter within one (1) business day.
ibok4d is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Under normal operating conditions, withdrawal requests submitted during peak hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are processed within three (3) minutes of approval. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the earliest opportunity and in any event within two (2) hours.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in your name and that matches the name on your verified ibok4d Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Available withdrawal channels mirror the deposit channels listed in Clause 5.1 above.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:
ibok4d reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal where additional verification is required, where unusual Account activity has been detected, or where we are required to do so under applicable AML regulations. We will notify you of any hold and provide an estimated resolution timeframe. In the absence of fraud or regulatory concern, no hold shall exceed five (5) business days.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ibok4d are subject to these general conditions and any additional terms specified in the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over this Clause.

ibok4d operates zero tolerance towards bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of bonus funds, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential Account suspension:

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sports governing body or game provider. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, ibok4d's decision, made after reviewing all available evidence, is final. Objections to settlement must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the result being declared.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your Real Money Balance in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment without rescheduling within forty-eight (48) hours, proven technical error in the published odds, or force majeure events that prevent the conclusion of a sporting event.
ibok4d applies maximum winnings limits per bet, per day, and per event category. These limits are subject to revision and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Any winnings that exceed the applicable limit will be capped at the stated maximum, and the excess will not be credited to your Account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the ibok4d name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of ibok4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ibok4d.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ibok4d makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy or completeness of any content, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ibok4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, even if ibok4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In all cases, ibok4d's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ibok4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
ibok4d's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Our Privacy Policy covers, among other things, the types of data we collect, the purposes for which we use it, the third parties with whom we may share it, your rights as a data subject, and how to contact our Data Protection Officer.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days.
ibok4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ibok4d will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 25.000, which will be deducted from any remaining Real Money Balance until the balance reaches zero. To reactivate a dormant Account, simply log in and contact our support team.
ibok4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ibok4d holds its international gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact ibok4d by emailing [email protected] with a written description of the dispute, your desired resolution, and any supporting evidence. We will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the dispute informally within fifteen (15) business days of receiving your notice.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by ibok4d. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to pursue or participate in class action litigation or class-wide arbitration against ibok4d. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity only.
